The stay here was awesome, really enjoyed the hotel, it was fairly clean with marvelous location really close to revolving restaurant on the top of the tower. Our food was delicious and appetising.

Clean hotel in a nice building really close to the center of the Taif City and all famous places in the Taif and coffee shop which free for occupants. Very very helpful excellent staff, magnificent location to the nearby mall.

The staff at this hotel were extremely friendly and professional, especially Mr. Khaled, the receptionist, who went above and beyond to cater to our needs. The rooms offered great views and were equipped with all the basic amenities we needed. And let's not forget about the breakfast - it was absolutely delicious, especially when enjoyed in the hotel's revolving restaurant.

Very bad location as it is clost to a shoping mall and therefore you need to spend 15 min. at least to find a place to park while having to deal with the too cowded road. When you ask them for help, they'll ask you to manage yourself.

1. Arabic breakfast served in room had no set menue, but room service manager (Tasneem) was very helpful in arranging from buffet. 2. All staff friendly. 3. Shopping mall convenient. 4. Location.

We had a fantastic stay at a hotel located inside a shopping mall. The hotel staff provided fast and convenient check-in and check-out services. The cleanliness of our room was remarkable, and we enjoyed the excellent views from our 23rd-floor room. Moreover, the in-room facilities were of good quality, including tea and coffee making facilities, a free and well-stocked mini-bar, and good quality toiletries. Lastly, the hotel's breakfast was delicious and served on the 29th floor, allowing us to enjoy 360-degree city views while eating.
